Originally from the south, I've been in NYC for almost four years now. As a recent graduate from Parsons, I'm currently working on my portfolio. I will soon begin my job search for a full-time position in the interior/architecture field.

Sam's place is really well located for visiting Chelsea Art galleries, walking the High Line, exploring the upscale shopping, eating and drinking of the Meat Packing district and the West Village The nearby subway connections are good for all the other key areas of NYC. The studio is compact and clean with everything you might need, it's a quiet building with studio facing the back so there's no noise from the street. We stayed in the winter and the classic NY steam heating kept the apartment lovely and warm. Sam was really helpful and clear with all communication.
We had a very Nice stay. very convenient for a couple discovering nyc all day, and super well located : subway across the street, close walking distance from a lot of places.
Very cozy, well located, close to trains. Sam was available via text to guide us through the stay without bumps.
Sam was a pleasure to deal with and the apartment was great, This was my first airBNB experience and find it to be significantly greater than any hotel I've stayed at. Overall, I give Sam and airBNB an A+++
I want to give Sam a bad review because I don't want people knowing how outstanding his place is! The pictures are spot on, the place is super clean, and Sam is a tremendous host. He was very flexible with our schedule, and was even kind enough to present us with a bottle of wine as a gift to enjoy in the city. The location is great, the apartment is great. This could be the best airbnb experience I've ever had!
