In response to Robert's concerns:
If you come unprepared to a new city, of course things are going to be hard to find. Neither wifi, nor breakfast or any other kind of foodstuff was ever advertised, although, the kitchen has everything else. The TV might be old, but it works just fine. As for the communication issues, Robert sent his request in decent Hungarian, so the assumption was that he speaks the language.
At the end of the day, this is just a small flat in a small town. It does not have all the amenities, but it does not charge for them either. You get what you pay for.
