I'm a 28-year-old lad who grew up on a hobby farm with my parents and two great danes (instead of siblings), on the backlots of the Sunshine Coast. But that was a long time ago, and for the past 11 or so years I've been living in Brisbane, Australia (with 6 months spent in Hong Kong).
You can find me producing Breakfast talkradio for our national public broadcaster, the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, and lugging keyboards up the stairwells of music venues around the country (I'm a singer-writer - debut album is "Fail Like You Mean It"). I believe in pianos, but there isn't an abundance of them in Brisbane sadly.
Recently, I received the 2011 Grant McLennan Memorial Fellowship, which gives me the time and space in New York to work on material for my next album.
