I am an engineer from Santiago, Chile. I really like outdoors activities such as trekking, mountaineering, biking, and ski. I am very lucky to live in Chile where I can do all this.
We had a wonderful experience at Juan Pablo's place. The apartment is well-equipped, clean and the building is very well-situated (really!), with great amenities.
Furthermore, there is a wonderful team in the building office, who are very helpful. And Juan Pablo is quick to respond to any queries.
Overall very positive and I would happily stay there again.
Photos are real. Clean, confortable and modern. Staff helped when asked. I recommend.
Great flat - clean, all works, wonderful location for Bellas Artes, supermarket and Lastarria. Friendly staff in the office and very convenient laundry facilities. The view from this flat is fantastic. Recommended - I spent 9 days here and really liked it!
Excelente comunicación con Juan Pablo, muy buena estadía!
Great apartment in a perfect location. Its nice not to have to search for a grocery store and have plenty of cafes near by plus you can walk to nearly everything. It was very very clean and well kept. It also had a lovely view of Santa Lucia. We will definitely be staying here on our way out of Chile
This was my third stay at Juan Pablo's apartments during my three week trip to Chile and I have reviewed in more detail already. As before, I found the accommodation excellent and very good value. Thank you to Juan Pablo and his team for providing such good service.
The apartment was fantastic!!
The apartment itself is spotlessly clean and modern. The bed is extremely comfortable (the plush comforter is an absolute dream) and the view of the Andes from the balcony is incredible! There are a ton of bonuses like the pool and the fact you are walking distance to everything! We spent most mornings walking to the nearby Forest Park, getting breakfast at different sidewalk cafes and topping it off with gelato at Santa Rosa. HEAVEN!!
We would have extended our stay here if possible. We will definitely be returning!
Thank you Juan Pablo!
The apartment was in a great location, clean, and check-in was easy although we never met Juan. The advertised bikes were no longer available, which was disappointing.
We returned to apartment 1707 for a further stay after making a trip to Puerto Varas. As before, we found the apartment an excellent place to stay and Juan Pablo and his team very helpful. The apartment is in a quiet position at the end of a corridor and you do not hear your neighbours once inside.
We stayed at the "Loft in Bellas Artes-Best Location" for a few days in March 2014. We had an easy and simple check-in with Juan Pablo who was in his office as he had promised. Aside from the fact that it is located in a huge apartment building, it WAS the best location! We could see the Cerro Santa Lucia from the apartment and could walk to the park in about five minutes. In addition, we were within walking distance (5-10 minutes) to La Starria area with some great restaurants. Also, there is a grocery store right under the apartment which was very convenient!
The apartment had a lot of windows, but we had to keep the blinds down most of the time due to the heat and the fact that the living room looked out at an office building; however, the place was cozy and totally worth it. In addition, you absolutely have to check out the pool at the top of the building! Great view! The only down side to the place: seriously lacking in kitchen tools (no sharp knife or cutting board, no salt and pepper) (c'mon!) and just basic kitchen stuff. And although the apartment was tidy and neat, it could have used a little more thorough cleaning in the kitchen (lots of gross crumbs stuck in the glass table) and the cabinets were a little dirty.
But that said, I would totally stay there again.
