Loved our time here. The unit is ideally located both in terms of access to shopping, airport, 111, downtown PS etc and proximity to poo, hot tub, parking etc.
Neighbourhood is ideal for walking and everyone is friendly. Unit is well equipped and nicely decorated. Outside patio is exceptional.
Great for two couples.
Any questions we had were immediately answered.
sorry so late review... place was just what we wanted and Patrick worked with us for a late check out
This is an unusually comfortable and well-appointed unit. The owners/management have taken great care to see that it is nicely maintained and decorated. Really, a lovely property that fits two couples nicely. The only alerts that we'd share with others is that it is somewhat distant from Palm Springs center or any stores within walking distance, also its kitchen is rather small and cramped-- we had difficulty fitting more than two people at any one time. Finally, it is the bottom floor of a two-story unit. When we were there, we were awoken by the overhead neighbors early each morning.
Spacious, immaculate apartment in a nice, quiet complex and part of town... Loved the two master suites separated by the living room for privacy. Kitchen was well-stocked with the basics. There were enough towels to go hot-tubbing. Appreciated having cable, Apple TV with Netflix, etc. and definitely the wi-fi! Lots of space in the living room to stretch out. Nice bathrooms with make-up counters! Loved having citrus trees (two kinds of tangerines, oranges, grapefruit and even pomelo) right outside the front door - we had tangerines for breakfast every morning... Nice views of the pool and hot tub, and great mountain view from just outside and to the right of the front door. The beds were comfortable, with a nice selection of pillows of various firmness and fill, and we loved the feather-down comforter. The plantation shutters in one bedroom and vertical blinds in the other kept out the morning sun, so we could sleep in comfortably.
The only problem that arose was quickly fixed. We arrived during the worst cold spell in years, and the central heat in the apartment wasn't working. Apparently, it hadn't been used in several months. Because of the cold snap and because we were staying right around New Year's Eve/Day, no one was able to come and service it. However, the owner (who lives out of state) was quick on her feet and suggested we purchase three space heaters (one for the living room, one each for the bedroom) on her credit card. They worked wonders and we were comfortably warm the rest of our stay!
Thank you for allowing us to spend three lovely nights there, wish we could have stayed longer!
This was an excellent experience! Patrick was able to accommodate our early arrival and allowed us to enter a couple of hours early. The unit is very clean and well-apportioned. The unit itself is only steps away from the pool and spa--for that reason alone my young daughter declared that she was in paradise! Our stay occurred during the Christmas holiday--most of the other units were unoccupied, and those who were present were quiet and friendly. Amenities (e.g., grocery, restaurants) are a short drive away. Already dreaming about the next time we can stay in the unit! Thanks Patrick!
Host was prompt to respond by text to the few I queries we had. Quire honestly once arrived to the condo everything was great!
The place was beautiful, clean and bigger than expected. It surpassed our expectations in all areas. Would stay again in a minute. When we had any questions they got back to us immediately. 10/10
We arrived late at night to the condo. There was some miscommunication with the key combination, but Patrick our host was easy to reach by cell phone soon as we tried to contact him.
Our vacation wasn't during the busy season in Palm Springs, there were many times when we were the only people using the pool. That made it feel quite private. The condominium is also well located to Palm Springs and the surrounding areas and the complex was very quiet too, just what we need to add to our relaxed vacation.
The condo is well represented in its description and photographs. My daughter and I stayed in the apartment, and it was nice to have our own rooms.
The living room is large and spacious. The Apple Tv was a nice surprise to have. We loved the proximity to the pool, it is right outside the patio of the apartment. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking as we had planned to do some cooking
My friends and I stayed for 3 nights over 4th of July weekend.
Spacious condo. Dual master bedrooms.
Good pool access from (website hidden) not working. Two small fans provided was not sufficient for the entire condo.
Freezer & refrigerator did not work well. Our ice cream melted inside the freezer and waters did not freeze.
Ants in the kitchen before we even had any food in it.
No extra toilet paper. No paper towels.
Dirty (website hidden)-washed before using.
Host unresponsive to direct airbnb message, phone call, and voice message starting day of arrival. Still have not heard from host.
I called Patrick a couple of times, and he always answered his phone right away. I found him to be friendly, courteous and helpful. The condo was as described, like a retreat in Palm Springs. I loved the location, near the mountains, quiet, and easy to access. The patio is just steps away from the pool, which was very clean, and was just the right temperature for a dip any time of day. The grounds are well maintained and very pretty. There are flowers, citrus trees and hummingbirds. We took some pictures right there on the steps because the mountain view was so nice! Just off of S. Palm Canyon Blvd. near hiking in one direction and downtown in the other. The condo itself is spacious and comfortable. It was just right for us! P.S. Close to the mountains means less wind... a nice sheltered location. Thank-you, Patrick. We really enjoyed our stay.
