So, I'm a writer/journalist, middle-aged guy, funny, energetic, out most of the time, and a responsible guest. Hobbies include hiking, gym, theater, salsa dancing, swing dancing.
I would urge you to skip past my first two 'reviews' and read the others. In the first two instances I gave qualified/negative reviews (over-priced for TINY room, 'host who spent my first night yelling at her boyfriend on the phone for 2 hours',) and AFTER those appeared, the parties responded in kind. These reviews never go away, and you can't put them in context. So if you don't want negative reviews, you can't give any, which 'breaks' the whole system. Until airbnb addresses this, I have to write this, which I realize sounds defensive. Except I'm not. Really. Thanks for reading.
