Please take the time to read all information carefully. This will prevent any misunderstandings and more importantly decide if our home is suitable for you. Any questions, please ask, don't be shy!
*Airbnb Profile - a profile photo, location details (state and country) and two verifications. It would be good to know who will be staying in our home.
*Reservation - once booking is confirmed, providing your flight number helps us gauge your arrival time for a meet and greet at check-in. Unfortunately new members cannot make reservations on behalf of other guests.
*Pre-Arrival - we will give you a courtesy message via the Airbnb app one or two days prior your arrival date. Good communication ensures a smooth arrival.
*Check-in - you will be personally greeted at check-in. A brief tour of our home will be provided. Don't be shy to ask questions.
*Our Home - is not a hotel, service apartment or managed rental property. Please treat our furnishing with care and keep our home tidy. Any questions or concerns during your stay, don't be shy to ask.
* Bed linen/ towels/ hand towels - you may notice some slight discolouration or minor markings. All bed linen, towels and hand towels are washed after each guests.
*Damage/ loss - please report any minor/ major damage or loss. If things are not working properly, please advise us. Any unreported damage discovered will be claimed against your security bond within 48 hours.
*Check-out - a courtesy message notifying us of your check-out will be appreciated.
