I’d like to comment on the ‘unfortunate’ ‘ irritating’ features. We have never had any such comments as one can see from the 32 positive reviews prior to this. Most of these items in mention could have been easily avoided by asking us and we would have helped out immediately.
monitoring of hot water – I think the use of the term ‘continually monitoring’ of hot water is a bit far fetched in this case. It is true that we suggest to our guests that it would be beneficial for everyone to switch off the hot water system when they leave the apartment for a whole day; and switch it (at a press of button) back on when they are back at the place. The main reason behind this is curb the waste of energy which is of no good for no one. This is just a suggestion, so one can leave it on at his discretion and avoid the ‘continuous monitoring’. We have never considered this would be a nuisance for someone. 1 key – We had no clue that this was an issue. We can supply as many key copies at request. Would have appreciated if this was put forward during the stay rather than on a review. Toilet – the previous users damages the toilet seat, and we did not notice that, flushing never irritated no one, and it is standard system found in most apartments. Fridge is built in type so it may feel that it not closing. Towels were washed the day before your arrival.
We feel it is unfair these issues have been raised during review stage. It would have been beneficial for all it these were brought to light during the three week stay rather as we would have acted immediately to help out as much as we can to facilitate your stay.
