My bio: Kristy Clements is the owner of Severance Photography ((website hidden)), a stock photography agency that focuses on the lives of people living in remote areas or in indigenous cultural areas. Her work has taken her to Honduras, Peru, Costa Rica, Nepal, Bali, Brazil, Patagonia, and West Africa.
As a past member of the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Marin & Napa and Kids with Cameras and the Natural Capital Institute, Kristy enjoys making a difference in the lives of disenfranchised children through the art of photography. Featured as a guest lecturer for the San Francisco Academy of Art, Kristy continues to participate as photographer, art donor, and educator. She is also a supporter of Sebastiao and Lelia Salgado's project in Brazil - an Atlantic Forest environmental recovery project: Instituto Terra and the efforts of Women's Earth Alliance WEA.
