The hotel is very central. We could walk to the amphitheater and to the citadel. There are lots of restaurants and souvenir places around. While we were there on Jan we were unfortunate enough to get caught in a snow storm and everything was closed. But the place where the hotel is got very less snow and lots of places were open to eat. so it was a good place to be. Abraham. at the reception made us good breakfast and found a hotel for us in Aqaba. He also made calls to make sure the buses were running. Once when it was very cold they bought in an extra heater to compensate. Very good and economical place to stay in amman.
Beautiful view over amman downtown, nice tent with power and WiFi. When we arrived it started to rain and the staff offered us to sleep in the dorms at no extra charge. Really friendly.
Abdullah, the reception counter staff is very helpful and kind. We received a warm greetings when we first arrived and were assisted with our luggages. He briefed us with the wifi password, gate and led us to our room. The room is clean and tidy. The hotel also provided us with maps of the city. Location for the Boutique Hotel is just perfect! For just few minutes walk away to the Roman Amphitheater, and The Citadel which are up the hill. The MUSTs to see when in Amman! The area around the hotel is very busy with lots of souvenir shops and nice restaurants nearby. Safe and easy to roam around. We had dinner at Jafra which is just opposite the hotel! If you are planning to have authentic Arabic food and shisha, you might want to consider this restaurant. Otherwise there are lots of other restaurants too. Taxi to Queen Alia airport was also offered at a reasonable price. Overall, a great B & B experience which you might want to consider!
I had a pleasant stay and place is convenient if you wanna visit madaba
The neighborhood was safe with a lot of restaurants, cafes, and shops around. The Roman Theater was also a short 20 minute walk away! Ala was very accommodating and flexible with some last minute changes that came up. My friend and I were impressed by everyone's hospitality at the hotel and it was really a pleasant experience overall. Every time we needed help with something, whoever was around would go out of their way (call, look something up, explain) to help :)
We have spent 4 days in Amman at the boutique hotel. It is a perfect spot to explore the city. Elias and ibrahim at the reception are very friendly and can even offer you a whole jordan trip for a good price!
The hotel is very well located and the room was comfortable and very good. They are very helpful providing you tips about Amman and all information you may need to spend a good time in Jordan.
This didnt start off well since I booked a room with private bed/bathroom and even sent messages to Ala confirming availability that it was private bath. Ala said yes by message but when arriving there was no room available and apparently the manager doesnt know who responded to me... mystery? This was frustrating but then they did get me a room with private bath although much smaller at same price. The room itself was generally clean with everything I needed and location is pretty good... but I have trouble recommending this hotel.
Very nice room in the downtown of Amman. The personnel was friendly and they kept everything clean. It is located on the third floor (no elevator), just in front of a well known coffee place, and very close to the Roman Theater.
