Up until now, I have 100% positive reviews from apartment owners where I've stayed. What Christian is claiming seems to be retribution for my review, which was mostly positive, but mentioned that the bathroom was dirty and that there were no sheets for the 2nd bedroom. When I asked if there were sheets for the bed, he said he didn't expect that I'd be using the 2nd bedroom, however, I specifically asked about the 2nd bedroom in my communications with him leading up to me booking it. While I didn't vacuum and scrub the apartment before leaving (that's what I assume the $80 cleaning fee is for), it was left in good condition - I put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and cleaned up our trash. The comments about water damage and marks on the table and walls seem are out of the blue and I can only guess that these marks where there before I arrived. In other reviews of this property that are negative, Christian finds complaints for the reviewers.
