Young journalist living in Paris but travelling a lot, I have a pretty lovely apt in Montmartre I'm happy to rent once in a while... I love my city, and I want you to love it too. So avoid the crappy hotels and stay in my little "chez moi"!

Our family (2 adults and 2 children) stayed in the apartment for 4 nights. The apartment is small but self contained, adults slept on the sofa bed in the living room, children shared the double bed in the bedroom. Given these constraints, the apartment was perfect for our needs, we had an absolutely great time. Caroline was very helpful, and flexible with arranging meetings with us, and she even baked some delicious welcome cookies for us. I wouldn't hesitate renting the place again.
Caroline’s apartment is indeed very romantic! If you pop your head out the window, you can see the beautiful Sacré-Coeur … and walking to it from Caroline’s apartment was one of my favorite parts of staying in Montmartre. My boyfriend (now fiancé after our trip!) and I stayed here for five nights in mid-September.
The apartment is absolutely perfect for two people. Plenty of room in the kitchen, living room, and bedroom for a clean, comfortable stay (her bed is very comfortable!). Caroline’s photography and artwork was a lovely bonus, and made us very glad we did not stay in a hotel. You’re staying in someone’s home with all of the furnishings, including the all-important corkscrew in case you would like to enjoy a few glasses of wine after a long day seeing the sights of Paris! Caroline also provided us with two towels which we used for the duration of our stay. There is also a washing machine, in case you need to do a small load of laundry (and air-dry it). We also brought our laptop, and it was a god-send to be able to use Caroline’s wifi.
The location of the apartment is in a relatively un-touristy section of Montmartre. You are about three blocks from the metro, which takes you everywhere you could possibly want to go. There are plenty of small mini-stores, grocery stores, bakeries, roast-chicken stalls, brasseries, etc. within mere blocks, you will not want for anything. Do remember most stores are closed on Sunday, or close early!
Caroline was friendly and easy to work with to rent the apartment. I think she is very lucky to get to stay in such a lovely apartment for the majority of the year! I would stay here again.
Absolutely enjoyed our stay at this charming Montmartre apartment! Such an inviting space, VERY comfortable for two. Staying here could easily convince you to forget yr tourist itinerary and just enjoy the Parisian lifestyle for a while. With cookbooks in the kitchen (en francais) and the farmers market just around the corner--it's hard to resist.
The wireless internet, water pressure and heat, washer, tv, stereo to connect your ipod into, elevator (it's on the top floor <3 ) everything worked like a dream. Caroline's a gracious host--try asking for a recommendation or two; you could be in for a treat.
Caroline e la sua famiglia sono stati degli ospiti perfetti, sempre cordiali, godendo di tutti i servizi e lasciando il trullo pulito. Non avrò dubbi per una prossima volta ad ospitarli. Grazie
Was a pleasure to have guest Caroline and her boyfriend, ithey are very proper, orderly and leave the appartment very clean.
Caroline and her travelmate only stayed for one short night at Casitas Kinsol on their first night in Mexico. We did not have time to get to know each other. They left the room in good condition. They are welcome back at anytime.
Nulla da eccepire sull'ospite. Carina e garbata. Mi auguro di riaverla nostra ospite.
We received Caroline's family from Italy, they took good care of the apartment and are very nice people.
the house has everything you may need, hot water, fully equiped kitchen, heating, and it is very close to metro stations (the line 4 is one of the most used in parisian metro). And of course, it is a warm, cozy, little appartement with a unique personal ambiance.
Caroline is the best host, she is trustful and willing to help you!
great accomodation, caroline "mille merci"! :)
