Actually I didn't want to write ...but I will. First of all the" wrong number" - it is the right one, but from our apartment in Germany (not the mobile phone number but the landline). Concerning our early arrival, it was only a question if it is possible or not. We didn't expect anything. :)
I think nobody can expect that tourists in the USA can check their mails every hour, so we simply didn't see your mail and came at 3 p.m ( because check-in time on your airbnb site is 3 p.m). Sorry for that!
After that we went to a supermarket and bought some stuff, we just wanted to put it in the fridge, nothing more. We really didn't want to put pressure on you. And actually, all in all, we were waiting more than 2 hours. But it was ok, we understood that it takes time to prepare and to clean the apartment! We are humans and not robots :)!
Im my opinion it is not fair to stick at trifles because of a negative evaluation. I could also write that I felt a " communication problem" (see check-out). I am always willing to listen to constructive criticism and I would like to thank you for your opinion. I'll try to eliminate all the possible communication issues in the future. :)
