I am a wall painting conservator and I currently work in architectural and urban conservation in Hong Kong. Since I worked in a project in China in 2005 I got really interested in the country and its cultural heritage and came back to work there/here every summer since then.
In 2010 I moved to HK and work in the Conservation Laboratory of the Hong Kong University Architectural Conservation Programmes.
I love traveling and I love my work (most of it). My work brought me to Yunnan, Gansu, Shanxi, Tibet, Hong Kong and Malaysia. Which is great, because I never have enough money left to travel only for holidays.
I speak German and English (German=mother tongue), and basic Mandarin Chinese.
