Response from Yasmina:
Well I guess I just have to copy my own comment, sent before this one, to clarify this judgmental and once again dishonest remarks...Ridiculous until the end!
"A terrible experience, the worst place we have seen in Bali. The path leading to the villa is so dangerous that we thought on several occasions that we could die. What is described as "10 steps and a small quiet path throught the ricefields" to the villa is actually a dangerous stairway followed by an extremely dangerous and narrow long path with holes everywhere, sewers and precipices, sometimes on both sides. We travel with a baby (in a stroller) and a kid, we had to carry them above precipices! I can't imagine what it would have been at night and/or under the rain, which is frequent in Ubud. Beware, there is nothing else there, except a small restaurant. The worst part of it being the owners of this place, who were not honest or kind with us. First they replied to our first 2 emails about safety for our kids that this place is good for a family and has commodities around (which is completely false), they were quite pushy to make us book. Then when we arrived they tried to convince us that all this was normal and we were cowardly! They were particularly not nice when we said we would leave. Then they said we should have read their website (?) and their welcome letter (which is sent long after booking!), and understand by ourselves what the path actually was. They said we had to take responsability for making a wrong choice. They also invented that we did not tip their staff, I don't know why. Last, they tried to make a partial refund out of Airbnb (thus at last recognizing) and tried to charge us fees and twice for cleaning! Hopefully Airbnb handled this fine. As a conclusion, don't go there if you intend to go out of the villa and care for your life, and also if you prefer being hosted by honest people."
