Joe was an amazing host, he took the time and made sure we knew how to enter the apartment as he wouldn't be in town during our stay. My fiance and I were in the city for an event weekend and the location is very convenient to anything you might need. Overall we loved our stay and will most likely book again.
First time Airbnber - worked out great! Joe is a super nice guy and Teacup (the cat) is very friendly too. Really reasonable price!
We came in earlier than expected and got to meet Joe. He was really welcoming. We came in for NYE and he had some great tips about moving around Times Square.
The neighborhood was wonderful and we never felt unsafe. The room looked just like the pictures and the kitchen is beautiful!
Teacup is such a sweetheart as well.
Many thanks to Joe.
My girlfriend and I stayed in Joe's place one night and the next day and he was a fantastic host. He informed us of where everything was in his apartment prior to getting there and answered all of our other questions quite promptly. Not to mention his place was super nice and clean (and a lot bigger than I was expecting). On top of this, Teacup, his cat was the sweetest thing ever and was the farthest thing from a bother ever. He is also located in a nice area not far from a subway station where you could get to downtown Manhattan in 20-30 minutes. I would definitely recommend staying with Joe and I would again in a heartbeat.
Joe made us feel very welcome and was extremely communicative about all details regarding our stay.
Joe was very helpful and fast to respond. The apartment is in a safe area, close to the subway and easy to get around. His cat is very friendly and great to have around. If anyone is looking for a safe affordable place in Brooklyn stay here.
Joe's apartment is lovely. Located within 5-minutes walking diatance to 3-train of NYC subway, it makes it very easy to commute to Manhattan (half an hour train ride). The apartment itself got everything we needed. fully functioning kitchen appliances, fridge e.t.c. Joe even left some food in the fridge for us to eat. And teacup (kitty) is adoreable and hard not to love.
We really enjoyed our stay at Joe's apartment. His apartment is spacious, clean, and comfy. It has everything one may need. The location is very convenient, a cab from JFK cost us $35 with a tip. The subway is 5-7 minute walk away, with a quick access to lower Manhattan. We will definitely stay at Joe's place next time we visit NYC!
We had a great experience at Joe's place. My boyfriend and I just went to NYC for one night so we didn't need much because all we were looking for was a place to sleep. But the place was very clean comfortable and he left some wine and helpful notes around the house. And his cat Teacup was a nice companion! The neighborhood was nice too; very convenient and we felt safe. It was a little odd that he didn't have the cleaning person come until after we got there but the timing worked out and we would stay there again.
Joe's place was great, in a quiet neighborhood, just as described, clean, and perfectly comfortable. His cat is super friendly and playful. The bed was very comfortable. Thanks for the great stay, Joe!
I only talked with joe, never met him myself cause i am in Altanta, but he was always very nice in his e mails and text. I do hope to met him and his firneds one day in PV. My property manager, Sylvia met him at the villa and told me he and his friends were very nice. I hope if he comes back to PV I am there next time to meet him and his friends mysself. Joe, if you get to read this I hope you had a great time and thank you for choosing my place in PV. If i can ever give you some info about PV please let me know.
Joe was a great guest. He was quiet and respectful of my space. He kept it clean and was on time for our appointment. He also was helpful and gave good tips for future hosting on Air BnB. I would recommend Joe highly and would be happy to host him again.
I never got to meet Joe but we conversed plenty! He was very polite, friendly, and left the place in great shape. He was always very quick to reply. Was glad to have him. Thanks Joe!
Joe is a nice guy and good guest. He was super flexible about check in, which is very much appreciated in hectic New York. I hope he was able to find a great apartment in New York, wonderful addition to our awesome city.
It was a breeze hosting Joe and his companion. Quiet, independent and pleasant, I would recommend him highly.
Joe and David were ghost guests....I never saw them! The room was tidy and everything was great. I would recommend them as guests.
Joe's place is convenient to the subway and located in a very safe area. Very close to a lot of places to eat. He keeps his place nice and tidy, and I would stay there any time I visit NYC.
Don't be alarmed by his uber-suave selfie profile pic. Joe is actually a really down-to-earth and friendly guy. He will do just about anything to make sure that you enjoy your stay in his very-clean, very-spacious apartment.
He can be pretty neurotic when it comes to cleanliness so you can assure a clean apartment to stay in, and Teacup, the cat, is just the best. She keeps to herself for the most part, but occasionally likes to cuddle and get some rubs.
The neighborhood Joe lives in is safe and clean. It is very accessible to the subway and a bike/running path to Prospect Park and Brooklyn Museum.
Definitely an ideal person to rent from!
I met Joe when we were both in Portland. When he moved to NY, that meant I had a futon to crash on ... I stayed for 3 weeks! Joe is super easy going, fun, and helpful; we explored a lot of the city together and I had a great trip. His apartment was spacious and clean, and even comes with a kitty cat! I'm sure you'll enjoy staying at Joe's NY pad as much as I did.
