This a great place to stay. A good location. The sea is just one block to walk. Many cafes, store, banks around. Everything is in good state, mostly almost new. Bathroom is big enough and handy. Space is very good for a couple or couple+kid.
Great studio in the heart of Monte Carlo in a stylish "bourgeois" building, close to everything you need.
Apartment was located perfectly in the center of Monaco, walking distance to everywhere. Host was very nice and polite. We had a great vacation! Thank you!

Natalia emailed instructions for us to pick up keys to the flat at the Hotel de Paris in St. Tropez since she was not going to be available to meet us when we arrived. We had no problems picking up the key and finding our way to the flat. The flat looked exactly like the photos- very stylish and clean but smelled of cigarette smoke. The location was wonderful - very close to the port and neighboring restaurants, shops and the market. We enjoyed our first few nights until we woke up one morning to the owners of the flat knocking on the door and inquiring where Natalia was as they were shocked to find us in their home. Apparently Natalia rented out their home to us without their knowledge and we had to leave within one hour even though we paid for our reservation through Airbnb for one more night. The owners were were extremely surprised and angry that this could happen to them. Despite this, they were very gracious and worked with us to find another place to stay for the night as they insisted we leave their flat because they had other guests planning to stay there. Natalia initially emailed us to say the price was incorrect on the website and increased it from 100 euro per night to 150 euro per night. She tried to negotiate a small discount if I could pay in cash versus credit card through Airbnb. We were unsure how to respond to her request and if this request was appropriate so we felt it best and safe paying by credit card. Then after I informed her we had arrived at the flat, she requested another 60 euro for cleaning services. She asked that I pay this in cash when I checked out. Please be careful of her side deals as she cannot be trusted. The owners of the flat asked us to be sure to leave our comments on the website. Thankfully our trip was not ruined by this event and we will not be deterred from using Airbnb in the future or visiting St. Tropez!
Great location, in the port, close to everything, a little bit noisy because of restaurants and clubs. But it is Saint Tropez.......
The apartment was nice, very clean and new renovated. It is directly at a busy street, so you couldn't sleep with open door. But there is a modern air conditioner. We had only 2 min to walk to the beach. Restaurants and bars at old city are 45 min to walk, or 10 min by bike. You can rent public bikes close to apartment, called velo bleu. The pictures are like in reality. At the end it is difficult to say if I can recommend or not. Apartment was nice but the service was bad.
We booked one day before we arrived and informed via airbnb the host about arrival time but we got no answer at the same day. At arrival day we got an answer that she is in vacation and that we have to wait 1 hour. At least we have waited 3 hours for check in. The lady came with the keys was very nice, but she spoke only french and russian.
The main entrance door was locked in the evening. For this door we got no keys. We informed the host about this problem and didn't receive any answer. Due to no answer we had to climb over the fence. The door was to open with a code or with a key. Later we got the code from a helpful neighbour.
At the end you have to decide if you want to stay without service, I hope with my review the service will change.
