Gretchen's place was in a convenient neighborhood for people that needed to be nearby the convention center/downtown. She was able to accommodate me arriving very early in the cold morning, which I really appreciated! She was very flexible with my needs and very generous with her place. The next time I come out to Minneapolis, I will definitely look to stay here again!
Gretchen was very nice. She was out of town for most of my visit, but she welcomed me when I arrived, and invited me to join her on a run and going out with a few of her friends. Unfortunately I was a little under the weather, but it was thoughtful of her.
The apartment is as very pleasant. There is a nice little space heater in the room if you like it cosy, like I do. It's walking distance from the conference center (about 5 blocks), and just 2 blocks from a little coffee shop that serves good coffee, and has waffles!
Location perfect, short walk into town. Beautiful apartment, full of character. Thanks Gretchen!
The place was as described. No problems, easy check-in. Would use again

I had a wonderful time staying in Gretchen's apartment. She was very communicative and welcoming. The apartment is just a short walk from the convention center and there are a number of buses within a couple blocks. Also, the bike share rack is only about 1/4 of a mile away. Gretchen is full of great suggestions for places to eat!
Gretchen's house is beautiful, spacious, and clean, and Gretchen herself is awesome! Even before the reservation was confirmed she was accommodating, and she continued to provide helpful tips and recommendations throughout our stay. Timing didn't work out to take her up on her offer of a 5k tour of the city, so she offered me several routes to try on my own. The location was convenient for driving (parking was easy) and biking (she lives close to a Nice Ride/bike share station); easy access to downtown, uptown, and other parts of the city. One of the bedrooms can be a little loud due to noisy neighbors, but the other was quiet. I could not have asked for a better host for my first AirBnB reservation!
In the course of conversation I found out that Gretchen is also a small business owner - if you're an athlete or know one, check out (website hidden) for fantastic "You just got chicked" apparel.
Super location at walkjng distance of the Minneapolis Convention Centre. Gretchen was very responsive and the appartment was practical for us.
Thank you Gretchen!
What an excellent location this for attending a meetings at the convention center and to experience a vibrant Minneapolis neighborhood instead of the sameness of conference hotels... with local coffee shops, farmers market... even caugt a bit of the arts festival in Stevens Park over the weekend.
Gretchen's apartment is comfortable and beautiful, in a nicely rennovated historical building. Her attention to details and her welcoming approach made me feel right at home, yet provided a great sense of autonomy and private space from which to go about my business in Minneapolis.
Thank to Gretchen for an excellent experience with airbnb.
Very nice place no complaints at all
