Andrew was an excellent host and gave us a lot of detailed information concerning the neighbourhood and general activities to do in Montreal.
The flat itself is large, has a very comfortable bed and is in a cool vibrant neighbourhood close to the centre of montreal by either bike or metro. Definitely recommend it for a stay in Montreal with the aim of exploring the city and having a cool place to stay at during the night.
I strongly recommend this apartment.
Andrew has been a welcoming host who provided a very clean apartment which is exactly as the pictures showed.
Bright, perfectly located and very calm with all of the utilities mentioned. Some food were available for the breakfast, I would definitely go again if I can.
I don't think we appreciated the location as much as we could have. We had a brief visit to Montreal and didn't get much time to explore this city.
Andrew is an excellent communicator and made himself available if we needed. Cute apartment.
The stay at Andrew's was perfect ! I encourage everyone to stay there !
This is a very nice one-bedroom apartment in a quiet neighborhood outside the city. Andrew, the owner, maintains it beautifully, and everything you might need is available for you (including coffee, fruit, yogurt and bagels for breakfast!). There is a convenient private parking spot. We enjoyed a lovely long weekend here and we will look Andrew up when we return to Montreal!
Andrew's apartment is clean, spacious, comfortable, and conveniently located near a metro station putting you only minutes away from downtown Montreal. I stayed at his place during a recent visit to the city and found it to be an excellent launchpad and a great place to retreat to after a full day out. Andrew himself was a great host - well prepared with pointers and directions, easily accessible and highly responsive.
We spent 3 nights in Andrew's apartment in Verdun this summer. It was a complete home away from home especially because he stocked the kitchen for us (thanks!). The apartment was clean, had great daylight and the front and back balconies are a plus. It was very conveniently located to subway and bus lines-- very easy to get to Downtown Montreal and St Laurent. Andrew is a friendly and well organized host and he has a quick reference package including local hotspots for food and attractions as well as a perfect information section to answer everything you need to know while staying here. We had a lovely stay in this quiet neighbourhood and will definitely stay here again next time we're in Montreal. Thanks, Andrew!
We had a great time staying at Andrew's apartment. It is in a very convenient location close to the metro. The apartment was clean, and Andrew provided everything that we needed, including some nice snacks for breakfast. Andrew was quick to respond to all of our questions, and we felt at home staying at his place. The size was great, and allowed us space to relax after busy days touring around the city. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're traveling to Montreal!
Andrew was extremely helpful in setting up my first host with Air BnB!
The apartment was exactly as listed and was an excellent base for exploring Montreal. Andrew prepared pre-arrival info which included easy to follow directions to the apartment as well as lots of other useful information about the area. If you're looking for a quiet place outside of the downtown core, this is the perfect place for you.
We had a great time in Montreal staying in Verdun at Andrews flat. As advertised it was easy to use both buses & subway to move around the city. The flat was very comfortable even in the hot weather during our stay. Andrew sent us a great pdf of all the information about the flat & the surrounding area with tips on touring the city. We had a great time exploring Montreal ending each day at a local brew pub! We would stay with Andrew again on a return visit. Thanks Andrew!
