My name is Miglen. My education is Profile ceramics, design and decoration and sculpture. I am funny and friendly. I like to travel and to create new friends, but also I work hardly. So ... this is me :)
This is a really nice apartment in the very center of a lively and interesting neighborhood, close to great bars and restaurants and the main sights in historic Athens. The furnishings are tasteful and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and small kitchen. Migden was a responsive and conscientious host. I would definitely stay here again.
The room is huge - much bigger than we'd expected - and the bed and bathroom quality was also very high. Location is also excellent as it's within easy walking distance of all the important tourist attractions and close to 100s of restaurants. The down-side is that traffic noise was quite intrusive which caused a light sleeper like myself to use ear plugs. As well, we had a hire car and the free parking is down in the street and we were lucky to find a spot where we were able to park for 3 days, although I suspect the adjoining shop owner was a bit upset. So, if traffic noise doesn't worry you and you don't need to park a car, this is a really great apartment. Miglen was helpful when we had a couple of issues, as was his sister Iglika.
Miglen's place looked as great as the pics. It was clean and very comfortable and incredibly close to a great number of restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping. As a hoist, Miglen was genuinely attentive and helpful from the moment I initiated interest in his place. I really appreciated the fresh fruit, juice and milk. These added touches made my stay even more enjoyable. If you come to Athens, I highly recommend staying here, you're in great hands.
Miglen was absolutely awesome and kind. Very helpful and even gives map and explanation of city sites. Breakfast in the mornings was a very nice touch. Wont forget my stay in Athens. Great hospitality. Thank you Miglen!!!! :)
I stayed at Miglen's with a friend for three nights, and we can't say enough good things. The flat itself was lovely, comfortable and well maintained. The location was superb; everything is walking distance and the neighbourhood felt safe. Miglen was warm, friendly and quick to help. Overall, the experience was wonderful and I would highly recommend this flat to anyone.
Miglen was very friendly, went above and beyond to help make my stay comfortable and was extremely knowledgeable about the area and the best things to do and see. The room was in a great location, right next to monastiraki square, which made getting to all the attractions super easy. The room was comfortable and I enjoyed my time very much!
Miglen's place is amazing.
The best location to stay, a quiet street next to a busy area, full of life and where everything is going on in Athens,
The apartment is just like shown on the photographs. Actually better. Everything is new and has obviously recently been remodeled.
All details work as it should be and furthernore, far over his duties, fresh fruit and several additional food items were left specially for us at the apartment.
Beautiful quality beds and linnen as towels, contribuite to a great rest after exploring Athens and surroundings all day.
We had a rental car and found a reasonably priced 24 hour parking garage nearby.
Miglen was always available for questions and explanations and all kind of information regarding Athens as well as practical stuff
Absolutely reccomended !
Miglen and his family are prompt and kind and very professional. Breakfast in the morning was a nice touch. Apartment was well located and close to everything. Clean and well furnished. Highly reccomended
The apartment is amazing - in the heart of Athens and next to Six Dogs. Despite being in the heart of Athens, it is quite, warm and full of positive energy. Clean, spacious and it has all that you need. I would definitely stay there again!

Miglen was a wonderful host. My travel partner and I stayed in one of his shared apartments. He met us and picked us out of a crowded street during rush hour, took us to the apartment and was always available tot help out with questions and concerns. In the morning, there was a simple continental breakfast of bread, coffee, and feta cheese. We had a great time.
Miglens host was great for me! His place is the most key positions in the center of Athens and all distances are 5-15 minutes walking. Acropolis, Plaka, Museums, Tissio, sightseeing, Ligavito hill (where you can see all of Athens - Piraeus and the sea), from Ligavito there is amazing view of Acropolis, because it can be seen from above. Ghazi (a very popular spot with clubs and nightlife) is located 15 minutes walking, and is remarkable (if you like urban Life). The Area where the apartment is, is not the most expensive nor the best, seems uncertain in the beginning but you realize that it's actually the opposite. The police station is 200-250 meters from here, and when I lost myself very first night (after party at Gazi), police went with me to the apartment of Miglen ( it was funny). Also, I am impressed by Miglen and his friends, great gentleman, a very fine young people. I spent an amazing week.( I always imagined Greece like that ). Thanks for everything and see you at Christmas:)
I had a wonderful stay at Miglen's. It is very close to a Metro Station, making it so easy to travel around Athens. It is also close enough to be able to walk (10 minutes to Acropoli's) to some of the museums and sights. Miglen was the perfect host and nothing as to much bother, him even supplied me with a very good map of Athens which was essential when I found myself in the maze of alleys that give Athens so much charactor. I cannot recommend Miglen enough and will be telling all my friends about the wonderful place that I stayed in Athens.
Miglen was a great host. Miglen sorry for the late response. I and John, we love this place, which you do Incredible with jokes and high spirit. About us stay in your home and your help was great. The location is perfect, 5 minutes from all the sights of Athens metro and buss stops. We just had a very long, unexpected journey, we late whit the reference, sorry. We hope, good and valuable people to visit your home take advantage from the hosting you offer. Once again, we apologize and wish you success. Always welcome in our home. Nicole and John.
We were welcomed by Miglen quite warmly upon our arrival. He came at the specified time, and even did it while on shift (at work). He led us to the apartment which had a lift/elevator--quite a welcome reprieve from the others that had none. He's on the first floor. The location is phenomenal--next to the Gazi district (nightlife) and 10-15 min. walk to the Acropolis and 2 min. walk to Metaxsourgio square,2 min.walk Omonoia square, 5 min. walk to Monastiraki and Plaka( 2 min. from metro station Metaxsourgio and Omonoia and citytour stop). We had a phenomenal time, and Miglen was incredibly helpful by providing us with useful information, maps, a cute breakfast, and even a cold beer! Computer was available with internet, clean sheets, great bathroom. Thanks Miglen! We had a splendid time, and would definitely come back again.
