Paige and her husband were very nice, they arrived when they said and were quiet and easy going guests.
Paige and Trevor were exceptional guests and we really enjoyed getting to know them a bit. They were fantastic with regard to communication, extremely courteous, and left the suite so clean, it was as if no one had even been there. They were also very sweet to our dog Clara, who adored having them around! We would be happy to have them back any time!
Paige was a fine guest, except for her misrepresentation of the preparations made for her stay. I had notified Paige I would be going out of town & emailed her that I had a housekeeper who would be preparing the room. I wrote "mid-afternoon would be good [for your arrival], but if you're here anytime after 12, it will be fine to drop your stuff- I will want her to finish up the room for you, which she'll probably have done by 1:30 or so. Paige arrived when the housekeeper was still cleaning, and took over the room before my gal was finished. The only linens on the bed were pillows both decorative and functional, along with clean blankets, a quilt, and a package of sheets which had never been used, for the housekeeper to put on the bed so it would be perfectly new for my guests. I actually gave up sleep to have my home prepared for my guests, so I'm very saddened at the assumptions and misunderstandings. It was also somewhat awkward that the housekeeper let Paige in, but didn't feel she could finish the tasks I left for her to do once Paige was in the room. Stephanie was also taken by surprise since she was in the shower when they arrived, and had the housekeeper been able to finish, there would've been no questions or anything needing Stephanie's involvement.
It is a lovely place, and the reports I've received are that Paige and her friend were quiet and out quite a bit enjoying themselves. I'm so glad they enjoyed their stay.
