That's very unfair to say I expected 24hours service. There was an issue with the air con. I messaged you on mobile shortly after check in about it. You didn't reply until two days later advising you can't fix. You did not do 'everything'. I messaged you again and had to ask for fans in which you replied a day later saying you will bring it in the next day, being the day we check out - that's unhelpful. Your lack of communication was poor when there was an issue (but quick when there was no issue). I messaged you 2 (as above) times during my stay - I would disagree that is 'constantly' sending you mail. I do feel cheated because I paid for somewhere comfortable to stay - I wouldn't say anyone almost got killed. Slight exagerations with your comments.
