I think the best way I would describe myself is that I'm a "nice French Canadian" (if you're familiar with Canadian provinces, I'm from Quebec). So think "Canadian" (quiet, respectful) and now think "French" (loves good food, traveling). That's me, nice to meet you!
I also usually come in pair with my wife Léa who shares the qualities previously listed.
We like to do travel marathons: fly to a city for not even a week, see as many things as we can, eat eat eat, then come back. This way we accumulate tons of miles and get to see the world. I've been to Seoul once just because the air fare was too good to be true and stayed only 2 nights, but that's another story.
