Luciana did not communicate to me that she needs more cleaning even though I have sent messages to check on her after her arrival. I could have asked the cleaning lady to work on the problem. I only learned of her dissatisfaction at check out time so there's no way I can rectify the issue. She also complains about closet space, ironing board, etc, even food in the refridgerator which is not part of the deal. If she expects 5 star hotel, she should have booked one. She was expecting 5 star hotel at AirBnB price. It was her first time and I took her without any review and that's what happened. I would not recommend anyone on Airbnb to host her again.
