Norma is a great guest. We would love to have her return any time.
Norma was a great guest that I highly recommend staying with you! Clean, quiet and positive.
Norma and Sam were great guests. They were quiet, clean and comfortable to be around. They stayed with us in the middle of their WWOOFing adventure on the Big Island of Hawaii. WWOOF stands for World Wide Opportunities on Organic Farms. They actually got a much better deal than other WWOOFers who have stayed with us, working 4 hours a day for 4 days a week. The other WWOOFers who have stayed with us generally worked 6 hours a day for 5 days a week. Kudos to Norma and Sam for finding such a sweet deal in Hawaii. Norma and Sam arrived after dark so we were able to greet them with tiki torches lit and a round of fresh fruit smoothies. They were happy to take a late swim in the pool. We’re always happy when our guests take advantage of the pool. They arrived on a Saturday so we were able to point them towards Sunday morning events, including the Maku’u Farmers Market (the largest farmers market in all of Hawaii, attracting more than 15,000 visitors every Sunday) and the hippie-laden drum circle at Kehena Beach (a local black sand beach where Spinner Dolphins often come to play). Unfortunately, it was raining ‘lizards and geckos’ (that’s Hawaiian for ‘cats and dogs’) in the morning so they ended up by-passing the farmers market but they still spent several hours at Kehena Beach. We were glad that they also found time to explore Hawai’i Volcanoes National Park before returning to their WWOOFing gig. We would be happy to host Norma and Sam again in the future and would recommend them to other hosts. Thank you, Norma and Sam.
