Hi We're from Australia and we love Ubud. The yoga, the healthy food, the culture, the ceremony, the Balinese and the fireflies.

Thank you for an amazing stay at your place. It was exactly as we imagined it would be: quiet and homy. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We'll definitely come back! Daniel and Lita
Me and my friends really really had a great time there. Your vila is totally beautiful place. I would recommend your place to my friends and colleagues. Like you've mentioned before, Bu Kadek, Bu Ayu, Pak Aby, and Pak Dewa are really nice and helpful persons. They always helped us. I thank you for our stay, even if I couldnt extend my stay 'cause you will be home.
It was stress free right from booking to arranging for pick up at the airport.
Abi, the housekeeper during our stay was amazing and beyond helpful. Helped to arrange for tspt and tended to all our needs. Felt truly welcome in this home.
We enjoyed the company of our animal friends except that the dog, Johnny tends to knock hard at the doors in the middle of the night if you keep him out. We loved him! Too cute!!
Thank you again for making our stay a fuss free and pleasant one.
The villa is so great. It is huge, and Indonesia-style decoration really impressed us. The kitchen is great. They have a lot of kitchen-ware and different kind of sauces. All the hosts are very kind and friendly. Abee even climbed the tree and cut four coconuts for us.
They have three cats and one dog. All of them are very quiet and friendly. My girlfriend really loves them. They have their own security to guard the house, which makes us feel safe.
The villa is near Ubud, but we need to walk for a long time to be there. And the villa is not easy to find, so it is good to call them and ask for directions.
Gentle reminder: there is no AC. When we were there, the weather is cooler than usual so it is okay for us to sleep.
Overall we all are very satisfied with the villa. It was a wonderful experience to have our Christmas there.
we really felt welcomed, when arriving in Uma Sante Villa. Kadek is such a nice person, helping us right away with buying food and taking our laundry. She even made bali breakfast for us the next day - soo yummy. There is a beautiful garden around the house with a mango tree and nice flowers. When looking out of the kitchen window you get an exceptional view on the adjacent rice fields. Its a 20 minute walk to the centre of Ubud. There are 2 guys watching over the house day and night, during day its Abby -he is taking care of the garden and also very helpful. We loved the dog, Jonny and the 3 cats. Thanks for everything. We definitely can recommend this place.
We absolutely loved staying at villa uma santi! Kadek and abi were super helpful. The setting is lovely - a little way out of ubud which was very peaceful ... It was handy having a scooter though to get around more easily . We were sad to leave !
We totally enjoyed our stay at Villa Uma Santi! Loved the open-air feel, the large and spacious living areas, and especially the big sliding doors that opened the entire space to the outdoors.
The staff was very helpful and accommodating.
We also enjoyed that it was away from the Ubud city center and was peaceful and quiet. Thanks for a great stay!!
Thank you for a beautiful stay! Such a beautiful, spacious home and friendly staff. We felt well cared for. The house manager assisted with each and every query without delay, super polite and helpful! Great stay.
We had SUCH a wonderful time at the Villa from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. Firstly, it was incredible to have that space to ourselves and what made it that extra special was the obvious fact that it was a real home with plenty of love poured into it, not just a clinical hotel-room experience. What REALLY topped it off though were the wonderful locals who helped run the house and looked after us. Not only did they show us everything we needed to know and took us everywhere we asked, they also felt like family in the end, with their beautiful warm hearts. We were lucky enough to be invited to a special ceremony with the rest of their family too!
Johnny the Dog was a good friend, always waiting with wagging tail whenever we scooted back into the driveway, and keeping the house very safe for us at all times as our loyal protector. He did though insist on being let in/out every morning & night by knocking on the door which sometimes was annoying for sleep-ins, but not a big deal. The giant gecko’s seemed to love dining on butterfly’s and occasionally we found left-over butterfly wings in the bathroom some mornings, which we used to make gift cards out of :) A lot of people who travel end up in the tourist circle and only seeing other foreigners on their trip without connecting with the local people at all. At the Villa though, you are nestled amongst the care of some wonderful local Ubud families who really take the time to share their worlds with you - for us, this really made the difference.
We also had a lot of SPACE and privacy to ourselves, which we enjoyed immensely. We're musicians, and much of our time there was spent jamming, writing, and recording without bothering anybody! Everyone at the Villa, including Kim who we booked it with, were overly happy to accommodate all of our holiday desires and needs so that we could have the most fantastic experience! Thank you!
