We had great ten days in Perth and at Samias place. We lived all the days with her, she is a great host taking the time to assist you for everything what improves your stay.
The flat is absolutly as described and very clean. You can find everything you need for your stay, including cooking and laundry. We missed absolutly nothing.
You are well connected to all districts by bus and train. (The app "TripMate" was very helpful to find the connections.)
We can absolutly recommend this flat, it's our first address in Perth for a possible next stay!
Thanks very much....everything went as planned
Your previous indications and support during my stay was precise and on time
Great place to stay close to the north side of Perth’s CBD and Northbridge cultural centre. Samia and her partner were friendly and very welcoming hosts, the place is nice, clean and tidy.
Samia’s communication before my stay was very fast and informative. She answered all my questions and concerns almost straight away.
Plenty of local parking if you happen to have a car.
This was my first time using AirBnB and i must say it was great. Sam responded to my enquiry within half hour, and this is extremely important for someone who is trying to organise themselves on business trips. The property was very neat and tidy and most of all, homely... To put it easy, I will be back in contact with Sam to stay again...
Sam's place in north Perth. Well for a start Sam is a wonderful and friendly person she truly tried to make my stay comfortable as possible in the sense of guidance to were to go around Perth etc., I on the other hand, are not a big fan of Perth so it made it hard for Sam to recommend anything good "or what Sam considered to be good" places to me . If your well travelled try to keep and open mind , or as Sam would say "set the bar low and have a good night" or something along those lines. But like I said a truly lovely Perth lady. Sam's apartment, it is close to Perth there is a bus (#19) that takes you to roe street every 30 minutes , but if its after 6 o'clock or on a Sunday its every hour or not at all, not quite convenient. It is a 40 minute walk I did it about 4 times great exercise but expect to be sweaty when arriving in Perth. As for north Perth around Sam's apartment I found it very incomplete! path ways broken a lot of share house feels with rubbish in there front yards and incomplete projects. There is a beautiful park not far and it has some big old fig trees in it that canopy the grass were you can sit and watch peoples dogs run around, really nice spot but close to main road so noisy. Sam's apartment itself. the first three nights I had trouble sleeping I truly think the first was because it was a strange place for me, and the second there was a house or car alarm, and the third well it gets hot in the room Sam provides, there is a air conditioner witch cools the lounge room and kitchen really well but doesn't reach the bedroom, so I opened the window at night (witch also has really nice European louvers) the problem is that there is a sandy construction pit next door that stinks and a main road just on the corner that brings traffic noise. The bed Sam has and Dona is super comfortable, but unfortunately my sheets weren't washed my hole entire stay, neither was my towel. Sam's apartment is cosy but it has a rich aroma of spicy or oriental smells witch were I little musky for me. There is a bathroom that I considered a little tyred, the taps were rusty and you have to step into a bath tub to have a shower, I'm used to infinity glass. so in full, I'm not sure if you would call Sam's place a bed and breakfast. its more like a shared house. and I guess there would be places on air b&b masquerading as B&B's but are more like rooms for let witch I consider Sam's place to be . And 60$ per night!? well I think it should be more like 200-250$ per week .
We found this apartment comfortable, quiet and well-equipped. The entry instructions were clear. The bedroom was a little cramped with 2 suitcases on the floor but the bed was good. The apartment is located in suburbia and access via public transport was OK but it is much easier with a car.
Great apartment and location. Would stay there again. Samia was incredibly easy to deal with and check in and out was smooth.
Super cute apartment, clean and comfortable. Had a great time staying at her place.
Very clean, bright space. Convenient proximity to downtown/CBD. Within walking distance to great restaurants.
Although Samia was away during our visit, she was extremely organized and always answered any questions we had promptly via email. She made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks again Samia!
Samia made my first airbnb experience a positive one. Her house is clean and comfortable. And gave us a clear instruction for the access. We had a great overnight stay at her place.
Sam and Cam were wonderful guests. Very communicative, very curious and they left the place very clean. I would highly recommend them as anyways guest. It was a pleasure to have in our house.
Samia and her sister Cam were delightful guests, the sort of people who warm any room they enter through their friendly, enthusiastic personalities. They are equally respectful with well grounded values. They are welcome back any time.
Samia et son amie ont été des hôtes très agréables, souriantes et positive (malgré le mauvais temps!)
Samia was very smiling, respectful and discreet ! I highly recommend Samia as a future guest !
