We had an absolutely fabulous experience of being Brooklyn natives living here. The street is leafy and quiet but 2 blocks away is 7th Avenue with a lot of interesting independent retail. Three subway stops in the vicinity get you on the various lines to get just about anywhere in the city. The house itself is big and spacious and the bedrooms bright with large windows. I'm not normally a cat person but Moxie and Hardy really stole our hearts - the whole family misses them.
You can have a leisurely breakfast on the stoop, do your groceries at Key Foods close by and hit any one of the cafes near by for your caffeine fix. Highly recommended if you are looking for a relaxed family vacation in the city but have a preference for a quieter and more peaceful place to retire every night.
We had a absolutely lovely time, the house was perfect. Our host Amber was responsive, kind, and easy to work with. The house was so much more than we expected - clean, comfortable, and more space than we'd ever need. Count yourself lucky if you stay here.
Alexandra was a great guest, easy to communicate with and a pleasure to have stay at the property. I would highly recommend...
Amber and her Mom were lovely people. So friendly, well mannered and polite. They were very quiet and considerate of all the house rules. It was a pleasure hosting them and we would love to have them back again. Hi
Thanks for being such great guests, Amber, and you know you're very welcome back here anytime!
Amber's parents stayed at my apartment. I didn't get to meet them. But I did meet Amber, who has a lovely personality. Her parents were great guests! They left the apartment the same way they found it. Respectful, courteous, clean. I would recommend them anywhere.
