Our party of 5 stayed for 3 nights. We took the Luas into Dublin each day, which was very convenient. The house was very clean with plenty of hot water and comfortable beds. Aoife kindly left some pastries for us when we arrived. We were able to park our car on the street. There is a church within walking distance.
House was just as pictured and described. Aoife was great to work with and couldn't have asked for better location! 10 minute ride on Luas to heart of city. Would definitely stay again
Aiofe was welcoming and the house was spotless. She made us feel right at home and even accommodated our early arrival and provided a travel cot for our daughter. The house is a very short walk to the LUAS station and about a 15 minute ride to the city center. We explored the neighborhood on foot, as well, and found what we needed (grocery store, etc.). This was a great home base for our time in Dublin. Thanks again, Aiofe!
House Pleasant, bright and full of charm, situated in a quiet area but 2 steps of the tram, the city center and just 10 min :-). The charming owner vienoisseries we leave some for our arrival in the house, little attention has been very appreciated.
Aoife was very accommodating with our party's staggered arrival times, which made our lives a lot easier. The place was wonderful and spotless. The bedding and towels were crisp and clean. The house is very nice and bright, especially the kitchen and living area. The pastries and fresh bread was an unexpected surprise. Thanks Aoife for everything.
Perfect location for a stay in Dublin. Quiet but well connected to city center by LUAS (tram). House is really big with a living room perfect for relaxing. Everything we needed was there. Many thanks to Aoife for making this possible.
Many thanks for fresh bread that was waiting for us at home, great advice on transport and accommodation. We spent a wonderful weekend with friends exploring the sights and pubs of Dublin. In the evening we relaxed together in the living room and talked about plans for the next day. House gives a feeling of complete comfort and privacy, also it gives the opportunity to "touch" the real life in Dublin. I recommend visit Aoife, but … for a little more than a weekend. Great place to go with family or friends. The house is situated in a quiet area, next to the tram (Luas) stop, giving easy access to the city center and the railway station for further excursions such Howth .
Spędziliśmy wspaniały weekend z przyjaciółmi zwiedzając zabytki i puby Dublina.
We stayed at Aoife's during a weekend visit to Dublin and it was the perfect spot for us. We felt totally at home and relaxed and looked forward to coming home to Aoife's kitchen / sunroom after sightseeing in the city. It was a great place to just chill and chat.
We felt so welcomed, especially with the lovely bread and danishes left for us with the tea and coffee (and the notes left for us re how things worked etc.)
Aoife's house was close to local shops for small things and it was so handy to have a Luas stop close by so we had the choice of walking or using public transport to visit the city.
We've made a date to visit Dublin again next year and would love to stay at Aoife's again if possible.
Great house ,loads of space for the five of us. It has a large kitchen and living area with doors that open completely up into the back garden.
The front garden is small and filled with beautiful and what look like indigenous plants.
If you have a large car I would suggest parking it on the street the neighbourhood seems safe enough.
We stayed only one night but I would love to stay here again for a longer period.
Close to phoenix park and the Guinness store house and easy to get in and of the city.
