What is the point of being alive if you don't at least try to do something remarkable?” -John Green, An Abundance of Katherines
This is a quote that I loved from one of my favorite books by my favorite author. Having spent 17 years of my life in the closet, I'm trying to live the rest of my life as freely and as openly as possible. I've found that some of the best experiences are those you stumble onto entirely unexpectedly, just by saying yes to something new.
In that vein, I like trying that new place that you read about in the paper. I'm always curious what's around the next corner. Nothing makes me happier than reading in a coffee shop surrounded by incredibly interesting strangers. I'm gay, friendly, outgoing, adventurous, and I do my best to live spontaneously.
I love cooking and baking, as well as trying the food of whatever region I'm in. I'm incredibly interested in politics and the law, and I plan on going to law school after undergrad. I read Tarot cards, and the more I've done them the more interested in them I've become. I love reading, and appreciate any book recommendations.
I love people that can tell stories. I'm really good at asking questions, and I'm getting better at telling my own, but I always admire a good storyteller. I enjoy meeting people who share my sense of adventure, and who are willing to explore with me or come up with adventures of their own
