A guest called Ijoma from Germany stayed in one of the 14 apartments. I am Martha. Another person, the property owner, offers the apartments, not me. I only assist guests with reservations, sit in front of the computer answering guest questions, and all follow up computer work.
The guest called Ijoma never contacted me for assistance. He never asked me a question.
If a guest contacts me for assistance I help them as much as possible and I refer them to Mary and Kyle. In most cases I also contact Kyle for him to go to the guest needing assistance. It really is the best system I developed to quickly attend to guests. Mary and Kyle do not have to do the computer work.
Upon guests booking their reservation, I provide detailed information such as access codes which is helpful for guest stays. I provide Mary's and Kyle's phone numbers. Both Mary and Kyle live at the Ellison Building.
The reason Kyle is helpful and "lovely" is because Mary and Kyle have the time to commit to their helpfulness. They do not have to sit in front of the computer answering potential guest questions and responding to guest reviews as this one by Ijoma.
