Comoda casa en el centro del pueblo, con todos los detalles necesarios y todas las facilidades por parte de los caseros. Totalmente recomendable.
Very nice apartment in the city center of Seville. Maria is a great hostess who will respond quit quickly on any question.
Within just a couple of minutes walking distance there are several nice restaurants and supermarkets.
It is not a big place, but it is very well maintained, and everything you need is there. For example nice kitchen and washing machine. I had a great time in this small, but very modern and comfortable penthouse!
Not to forget; the amazing terrace!! With such a nice terrace in sunny Seville, you don't need really need a big apartment.
The apartment is at the fourth floor in a very quiet apartment complex. There is no elevator, so keep in mind that you will have to climb some stairs. For me not a problem at all!
I stayed for 6 nights and it was perfect. So I can definitely recommend this place.
Maria´s place is an apartment in the old city near the great Alameda Square. The Location is super. There is no need for a car or even public transportation: every site is in easy walking distande. Good bars and restaurants nearby.
Unfortunately, the weather was not good enough to use the terrace which is an asset if it could be used.
The apartment is simply furnished and equipped. The bathroom is only of limited use: very narrow, toilet squeezed in a corner, shower with very low pressure. A kettle to boil water would already help.
We were received by Antonio and Ignacio (uncle and cousin of Maria) who were extremely helpful to find a solution for the nearly impossible parking situation. They also immediately solved the problem of a sudden and massive ant attack.
If you want to stay in the old quarters of Sevilla, Maria´s apartment is a good place o stay..
I was met at the airport by Maria's friend Tito, who kindly waited quite a while for me, as my luggage lost and I had to fill out forms. He was great, very friendly, and got me to the apartment quickly while pointing out areas of the city for me. At the apartment, Maria's uncle showed me around and gave me the keys, and made himself available should I need anything or run into any problems (which I didn't). He was great. The apartment was cute and comfortable, with very nice touches like pretty tile in the bathroom. It was small, true, but included everything that you could need. I slept mostly on the small couch, not in the loft bed, but it was very comfortable. My daughter stayed over one night in the loft bed, and she reported that it was very comfortable too. The terrace is great; when the weather's nice, it's a great place to eat, hang out, or even take a nap on one of the deck chairs (which I did my first day--jet lag!). The street is quiet. Maria was super helpful about my luggage; I didn't have a phone, so I gave the airline her number for contact and she was wonderful about relaying information from them. Thank you Maria! The neighborhood was wonderful, not super touristy, lots of interesting restaurants and places to see. Also not a super far walk to the Catedral and the University (about maybe 25 minutes), which took me through new interesting parts of town. I loved Seville, loved the apartment, and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Bear in mind, though, it's 4 flights up, so if climbing stairs is an issue, that might be problematic. Me, I considered it some much-needed exercise and loved the winding stairs!
Maria is a pleasant girl but the flat is a let down: grubby, dirty floors, bedroom window overlooking street not shutting properly therefore not cutting out noise of frequent buses, shower holder broken, one smelly dishcloth, unusable frying pans, dining table so shaky that it had to be wedged against a wall...
This is a good value studio apartment in a lovely location. Quiet and residential but in walking distance to all the min sights of Seville.
The apartment had everything we needed to be comfortable including nice touches like an iron. Also great to have the large terrace.
I didnt meet Maria but she made sure someone was there to meet us and checked in to make sure all was okay. Recommended
Helpful and communicative host, keen to get it right. Nice compact space as described. Good location in a lovely city.
The location and neighbourhood were excellent; very near the river and easy access to the centre.
However, the apartment was small, with the bathroom a barely manageable size. The lofted bed looks really nice but needs a rail to avoid falling out. The rail on the steps to get up to the bed was very loose.
Maria was helpful and welcoming.
The flat is comfortable. It has an area with washing machine too. The apartment is in walking distance to the sights restaurants and supermarket.
This lovely - but small - apartment is well situated in lovely and active streets of Seville (a lot of shops around, small café, nice bar and tapas restaurants). The apartment itself has all you need for a nice stay: nice and well renovated kitchen, decent and clean bathroom, double bed.
On the other side, you need to be aware that the apartment itself is very small, but totally compensated by the HUGE TERRASSE, full of sun and a nice view. If you can afford to live in small appart, you will for sure enjoy the lovely terrasse. Plus, the appart is on the 4 (or 5th?) floor, so a lot of stairs to climb to get there.
Didnt meet Maria, but her friend Antonio was there to welcome us.
