Evidently David had a few problems while at our Maui condo. Before guests check in, I always send them information which also states that if they have any problems while in the condo, they should contact the on-site management or me directly. Instead, David did not let us know there were problems with the water heater and decided to do his complaining after he left. Our reviews from virtually all previous tenants have been excellent. Had we known, we could have addressed his problems. Poor reviews hurt our business and we do everything we can to keep the place in excellent condition. When there is a problem, we hope that the tenant would let us know so we can immediately deal with it. David did not give us the opportunity to resolve the problem while he was there. I would prefer not to rent to such a tenant again.
