First, if we are not informed of wifi problems we cannot fix it. Why didn't you contact us as soon as you noticed? At times there is maintenance work being carried out for the wifi -due to the company and the inconveniece can last up to 48 hours. This happens seldom but it can happen;
Second: Italy has some of the oldest city centres in the world. If you choose to book a place in the city centre you must expect that there won't be a lift. This is written on the listing anyway.
Third: power can go out if you use too many appliances at the same time, e.g. dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryers and kettle. Again all you had to do is contact us and we could have immediately fixed the problem for you. I don't understand your lack of communication, we are not mind readers.
Fourth: I will not even for a second take seriously your lack of cleanliness comment as I know it too be false and exagerated. Everyone always commented on the cleanliness of the place, only you had to complain. You do seem the type who finds faults in everything and enjoys it.
As written on your review I do suggest you book yourself at Hilton or Four Seasons next time you travel outside your country as you do seem to be on the high maintenance side. This is "only" airbnb :-)
