We had a lovely holiday in Berlin. The apartment was clean and practical. For travellers with kids the location is perfect with several playgrounds close by as well as public transport. Rudie, who is in charge of the apartment, was helpfull and available.
+Grocery stores and pharmacies closeby
+Good restaurants and cute shops in the area
-A little far from the action. As a couple with no kids, we would of preferred to be closer to Mitte.
-Washroom needs to be renovated, especially the tiles in the bath. Lots of humidity.
-Thin walls, you hear neighbours when they come back home late.
We had a great time at Doris' apartment. The location is perfect, in a quiet street in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg. Traveling with a 1 year old, it was an excellent choice, being fully equipped for parents and child alike, and even with great kitchen facilities and a washing machine. Rudie was very helpful, even giving us tips to child-proof the kitchen, and communication went smoothly.
All in all, we can only give the apartment our warmest recommendations.

We had a great stay and Rudie (who's in charge of the flat) was very welcoming and informative. Exactly as described, it is very quiet and comfortable.
It is also very well located with plenty of restaurant and boutique options and very close to Eberswalder straße U2 station.
Would recommend without any hesitation.
The apartment was nice and cozy. It was a great time in Berlin.
Doris' place was perfect for our New Year in Berlin! The apartment has a central - yet calm - location, and it had everything we needed! We would love to stay here again! The place is just perfect for a small family or three friends.
Also, we were met at the apartment by sweet Rudie, who had a lot of good Berlin tips. Thanks for that!
Perfect for small kids (baby cot, baby chair)
Amazing neighbourhood (P.Berg at its best!)
Great location (3-7 min to trams + U-bahn + S-bahn)
Thanks for having us!
Unkomplizierter netter Empfang, große und saubere Wohnung, sehr ruhig und doch mitten im Prenzlauer Berg: Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Doris was a great guest! She was very easy to communicate with and took care of my apartment.
Doris was great to deal with from the first inquiry, clear and responsive. She took good care of our cabin and we'd love to have her back.
Doris was a great guest. Good communication, which is important when I'm not there...very much appreciated. I hope to meet her in person next time.
I'd thoroughly recommend Doris as a guest. She stayed a couple of nights with us and is warm, friendly, open and genuinely interested in meeting new people. Doris is very considerate, informing us of her plans and treating us and our home with respect. We'd be happy to have her stay again and thanks again for the Stroopwafels Doris , awesome !
Honestly: This was the worst experience I ever made on Airbnb. 1. She was not stopping to deal about the money - even when I lowerd the price. 2. She was complaining about a roommate being there, even when it was clear before that it is a shared apartment (furthermore roommate an guest did just met each other for some hours) and 3. She was evaluating the living situation even when she was not here (because she booked for a friend - who seemed by the way to be quite happy with the apartment and my roommate). I really love my apartment and till now I just had very very good feedback from a lot of people out there who apprichiate to being hostet by me - Doris is not one of them. Perhaps we had a bad day or bad communication and I totaly got her wrong - anyway, as far as I can judge it: I would not host her (or another guest booked by her) again.
