I'm originally an Ohio native, however, I relocated to San Francisco over 20 years ago to pursue a career and build life. It didn't take long for San Francisco to feel like home, although, I find that I'm still very much of a Midwesterner at my core. Though, like many, who've moved to this amazing city, my heart is in now, and will forever be in San Francisco.
A little about me...
I love traveling and meeting new and interesting people. Some of my favorite destinations have been Italy. the Amalfi Coast (My fave), the South of France, London, Paris, Bali, Melbourne, Byron Bay, and Sydney. My home is in a beautiful part of the Bay Area called Sausalito. It's a small town of 7,000 just across the Golden Gate Bridge from San Francisco. There are amazing views of the Bay and the San Francisco skyline from this side of the Bay. It's a must-see travel destination for anyone who hasn't been.
When I'm not vacationing, like most people in the Bay Area, I work very long hours in technology. I like to spend my travels relaxing and recharging my batteries. Being outdoors and enjoying nature is really important. I also love to discover cities by foot or bicycle.
I love the concept of Airbnb because staying in someone's home just adds to the experience of traveling. There's nothing better than getting recommendations from locals. It always makes for a far more unique experience. I love staying in other people's homes, versus staying in a hotel. Hotels make me think of work after years and years of business travel. Someone else's home makes it feel like a home away from home. You'll find that I'm very conscientious and always treat other's homes the way that I'd like mine to be treated. I'm a landlord in San Francisco, so I understand how it feels to have others in your home.
One of the motto's I love and try to live by is, "Live simply. Love generously. Care deeply. Speak kindly."
Thanks for considering me for your property.
