The first time i meet such young arrogant guests. I tried my best to satisfy their requirements by buying brand new bedding, towels, blanket...as they said all we had werenot enough for them ( although we had a lot of guests before with the same number of amenities but no one complains anything). They travel in Viet Nam for weeks but couldnot allowed to buy even 1 simcard ( 5$) to make easy for me to connect with them. I wrote an email to ask whether everything is OK, do they need my help? But there is no answers until the last day of their stay - they then only let me know all their not satisfaction . It’s like eaten all the meal and say the meal was really bad. And they wrote "We will be leaving a constructive review for you, however we want to first give you the opportunity to address this situation. Rather than leave negative feedback, we would like to ask for reimbursement for our stay, in which we will instead leave a fair review, explaining that you have rectified the situation."
And the sum they required for reimbursement ís 50%. Our house is vietnamese house, unrated, so that it’s only 40$. With 40$ for 4 men equals 10$ for each, in Viet Nam they can find only hostel or motel with no kitchen, no living room, no towel, no japanese appliances, no 16ha green park. So I think we have deliver a highest standart within 40$. And the requirements for reimbursement in the last day, and leaving without saying in what time, just leave the key to security desktop. ( we are apartment- we are not hotel where security desktop is reception and that is dangerous for our safety)... So, just want to tell you Tyler, we could give you 100% money back just when you come in and were disappointed but not in the last day, and the fact how you will write a review for us is not important for us, because i have my own company in Viet Nam and i dont live just on other opinions and treatments!
