I am a chef and food writer based in Munich, Germany. My cooking and living area is Untergiesing, a very traditional and picturesque area near the Isar river with lot of greens and old houses (and a small brewery round the corner ;-)
That's a perfect base to discover the world as it is - and often common is more interesting than luxurious, especially when it comes to food. "Food is a language everyone knows" is my motto when travelling and its always a nice thing to meet over.
I have lived several years in Austria and Australia, Japan is a treasure I keep always in mind and actually I am fallin in love with Indonesia.
