A traveler since high school! I started traveling as a foreign exchange student in Sweden. My junior year in college was spent in Rome. After graduation from college, I joined the Peace Corps where I was sent to Togo, West Africa.
Upon my return from the Peace Corps, I worked with Oxfam America in international development. Later I transitioned into marketing for a number of high tech companies and a major accounting firm. I finished out my formal career with a return to non-profit where I worked for ACCION USA, the largest microlender in the United States and an affiliate of ACCION International, one of the world's oldest and largest microlenders.
My interests include world travel and alternative health. I have studied Jin Shin Jyutsu, a form of acupressure, for almost 20 years. I love meeting new people and exploring new territory.
