Mike & LouLou, were great guests. This is the second time they stayed with us and just like the first time were wonderful guests. They are quiet, clean and were totally respectful of our home. We love having them stay and would absolutely recommend them to any host.
Mike and Lou Lou were very nice and friendly. They were very patient and understanding when we had to deal with a broken lock to their front door in the middle of the night! Lou lou was jet-lagged and exhausted and she was fantastic despite this. They stayed with me for the first night until the locksmith could come in the morning to fix the door and they could finally come in. Very easy going guests and highly recommended!
Mike and his partner were wonderful guests. It's always a pleasure to see people really enjoying their stay. I would be happy to host them again.
Mike and LouLou were great guests, they are really nice people easy going and very easy to get to know. The apartment was left very clean and tidy and they were quiet and totally respectful of our home. I would absolutely recommend them to any host and hope they stay with us again next time they visit LA!

Mike and Lulu were delightful guests and wish we'd had more time to get to know them! They are enthusiastic travelers and a pleasure to host. They were incredibly clean, quiet, considerate, calm and A+ communicators from check in to check out. We'd love to have them back and award them the Airbnb 5 star rating, no question!
Mike booked the cabin very last minute - only hours before check in. We sent full directions and guidelines to him prior to check in. I spoke with Mike after his arrival to see if there were any questions. Two days later I received an email that he has only stayed one night (not letting me know until after the fact so we could re-book and perhaps refund him a night's stay.
He said the was disappointed because:
1. There was no welcome note.
2. He did not like that there is no key (although this is stated in our info available prior to booking). This is a remote property and there is no key, there has also never been an issue.
3. He felt uncomfortable using a bathroom with someone else's toiletries in it. This is NOT a hotel, nor simply a rental cabin, it is a cabin used by us and rented out so that others can enjoy the cabin and the amazing property.
Airbnb has many unique rental experiences, so I would strongly suggest that Mike read all the details of the rentals, and about the hosts so that he has a clearer understanding on what type of place he is renting prior to booking. A hotel would most likely be a more comfortable choice for him.
