I like to travel, golf, play tennis & racketball, hike, camp, sightsee, and have a beer or two every once in a while! I travel light and am very neat and organized. Favorite travel destinations include Rome, Hawaii, and Yosemite.

David was there to greet me when I arrived and everything was ready when I got there. I felt very comfortable and David gave me my privacy. The location in Fells Point is also a plus. Great neighborhood with lots to do!
David will make you feel welcome and make sure you have a nice stay. All is very clean and tidy; bedroom and bathroom are comfortable. The neighborhood is perfect.
We would definitely recommend staying at David's.
David was present at the front door to welcome me stepping out of the taxi. He is very knowledgeable about the city, and willing to provide travel and eatery information and safety tips. He maintained a very quiet presence, but was available should I have questions. The room was very neat and well kept, and a full kitchen was available. The location was excellent for my needs, within Fells Point but off the main drag and bustle of Broadway, and close enough to JHU Med School to walk to it every day.
Clean, comfortable room and bathroom on 2nd floor. The bathroom is shared but you essentially have it to yourself. The Charm City Circulator Green Route is 2 block away. Great location in Fell's Point close to restaurants etc. Agree that the staircase is a little narrow and steep if you have any difficulty with ambulation.
David's place is really nice, very clean & comfortable and close to shops, bars, restaurants the marina and most important the Marriott Waterfront where the conference I was attending was held. Thank you very much for everything David, I'd definitely recommend staying with him, he is lovely. Cheers.
David"s place hit the spot. Neat, clean, orderly. In the middle of Fell"s Point, I was easily able to navigate the area on foot and went to some of my favorite places.
David's home was in a great neighborhood, close to the water, with many shops, restaurants, and bars that were easy to walk to. There's free, but very limited street parking, so we were glad we didn't attempt to keep a car there. The house was clean, cozy, and our room was comfortable. The stairway up to the guest room was narrow and winding. I think this is important to point out because this could be troublesome for certain folks. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in Baltimore and appreciate that David opened up his home to us.
David was an excellent host. The place was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, and very reasonably priced. I was visiting for a conference at the Marriott Waterfront, and found it to be a pleasant 10-15 minute walk. I would recommend staying at this location.
I stayed with David for five weeks in March - April 2014 for a medical placement at Johns Hopkins. I had a wonderful time at his place; which contained all of the facilities I needed for a short stay.
David was a very friendly host who knew Baltimore quite well, and advised me on the locations of nearby facilities upon my arrival. When he had the day free he was able to give me a lift to the station or the airport which was incredibly nice. He even moved a small desk from downstairs to the room so that I could use it to study which was very thoughtful. The second floor (bathroom and bedroom) was effectively entirely to myself.
The house is on Aliceanna Street and I never felt unsafe in this location. The free shuttle to the hospital was less than 200m away and was reasonably frequent in the mornings (but less reliable for timing in the evenings). Using the Charm City Circulator app on the smartphone made this more predictable. On the weekends there is a lively bar scene in Fells Point which is three or four blocks away and easy to get to. The only downside is occasional noise from the street which could be an issue if you are a very light sleeper.
The closest main grocery store is Wholefoods which is about 1km away. The harbour is a pleasant walk away from the house, along the waterside.
Overall I had a great stay with David in Baltimore and would definitely stay here again if I return.
I stayed here while in Baltimore for a conference. As a student, I needed something clean, nearby, and affordable. I have mold/dust/paint allergies, so cleanliness is important.
David's place was even better than what I expected. Just a few blocks away from the harbor, this apartment is also across the street from a great local cafe and around the corner from the Fells Point area of restaurants and shops.
It was nice to relax quietly at the end of a long day of meetings, with access to the entire floor, including bedroom and bathroom. Everything was clean, and I had no allergy problems at all. Amenities were great; the laundry machine worked well when I needed it, and the Internet was capable of streaming a movie. David very thoughtfully set out some bread for toast and bananas in case I was running late on my way to a session.
I would gladly return again on future trips to Baltimore.
Most guests I occasionally spend time showing them around, but with Dave, I had it easy :) - didn't have to do that since he was from this area. So I let him have his space to relax and enjoy.
++ A person who is clean, quiet and drama free is what you will get when he is your guest.
Awesome guy! Left me a nice note on my whiteboard. :)
David was a nice easy guest. I was happy to have him and would be glad to recommend him to anyone.
David was a great guest! He was clean and considerate. We had a few good conversations about random stuff. Very friendly and attentive. I was happy to have him and he is welcome back any time!
Recommend as a guest - considerate, clean, and laid back.
David was a quiet, clean and friendly guest. I recommend him to all AirBnB hosts.
David was such a pleasure to host for a few days while he visited the area. He was conscientious, neat, polite and a pleasure to have for dinner. I'd highly recommend his as a guest to any Airbnb host and would be happy to have him stay again. Thanks, David!
