Eliis's apartment is a haven away from a bustling city. I absolutely loved staying there. If you're looking for something private and comfortable, where you can rest after a long day's work- this is the place.
The hostess, Eliis, was very helpful, organized, and responsive. I never actually met her during my stay, but her emails were both professional and friendly.
The layout is a compact 1 bedroom loft, with a small living room/office, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. The description mentions that someone could use the fold out couch- but I wouldn't recommend it for more than a few nights, because there isn't much space. Eliis has decorated very well, and the entire place feels cozy and clean.
The kitchen has all the necessities, and is nicely layed-out in a compact space. The bathroom water pressure is a little low, but hot. The bed was very comfortable.
One of my favorite parts was the little office nook in the living room. It faces a west window looking through a tree, so I could often see sunsets and birds while working. Very peaceful and inspiring.
Since Eliis keeps some of her things in the apartment, I chose to store my clothes in ebags underneath the bed. I recommend this for long-term renters- it will make both packing and living easier.
I definitely plan to stay here in the future, and will book far in advance to make sure it's available!

The flat was perfectly clean and nicely decorated. It was exactly as described. It was also good to be able to catch-up on my laundry between hotel stays as Eliis gave me full use of the facilities.
It's very conventient to downtown and the Jewellery Quarter is a wonderful area to wander about marvelling at the architecture. There are several eating and drinking options just a moment away.
I'd also recommend taking a stroll or cycle through the canal network, access is very convenient from here.
She gave me clear directions when finding her flat from the Birmingham New Street train station. It is about 20 minute walk. Her bnb place is much like a hotel room since it has its own washroom. The room is tastily decorated. Her flat is in a quiet corner of Jewellery Quarter. A Tesco Express is about 8 minute away for simple grocery. I highly recommend it to anyone.
We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment is in a very nice location, in probably the nicest part of Birmingham city centre (Jewellery Quarter), and a short walk from central train stations (e.g. new street station). The room and en-suit bathroom were clean, and the bed very comfortable. We also had free use of the kitchen and living room, so we could cook our own meals which saves one from spending too much eating out in restaurants, specially when staying for more than a few days. Being just on the edge of the city centre made everything accessible, yet quiet. Our host was very responsive to our needs and made our stay very comfortable. We would highly recommend staying at this place, and would indeed come back and stay here the next time in Birmingham.
Ha sido un poco difícil contactar con ella durante la estancia para poder quedar el ultima para el check out , pudimos entrar en el apartamento después de que se fuera , y el apartamento lo ha dejado limpio .
