I'm an actor recently cast opposite Adam Sandler in Columbia Pictures THAT'S MY BOY. I became a full-time working actor after having lost my job at the World Trade Center after the events of September 11, 2001. Prior to that I was a Legal Officer at the Office of Legal Affairs, United Nations and a diplomat.
Back in India, I stood for social justice and as a political activist, I was on a hunger strike for 14 days against the caste system at the National University in New Delhi, India.
I used to write poetry. Then I wrote legal briefs as an attorney. Now I write plays. I'm an artist. I like intellectual and artistic interactions. Love dancing, exercise and eat healthy. I like music, especially jazz, blues and love to dance to the 80's disco.
Besides my Indian education, I studied in Brussels at VUB and at the University of Georgia School of Law and I was invited by the Harvard Law School to present my thesis at an International Law Conference there.
As an actor I studied with Alan Arkin of the Second City and at the Juilliard School. I'm interested in people and consequently socially conscious politics inspires me. I'm an intellectual with a taste for disco dancing.
I love to talk about creativity in arts and have views on Ibsen, Strindberg, Chekhov and Shakespeare.
My life motto is make this world a better place to live for everyone.
