Response from Calvin:
One brick on the drive way was heaved due to the tree roots underneath them. it becomes a common problem for other units in the resort. The association has been working on the plan to fix this problem. The heaved drive way is clearly informed to the guests in the instruction for they caution. It is a short-time issue and will be fixed soon. I have checked with the property manager about the kitchen floor, and the smell. He checked the house and his feedback is they are not true. He said the kitchen floor has a couple of cracked tiles which may look like dirty but it is not. And there is no mildew smell at all. There are some stains on the rug but it is really very minor and not dirty. The deep cleaning has been scheduled including the carpet steaming cleaning. Such deep cleaning is done once a year in the spring. The hot tub is not broken. It is not advertised in the property profile and the rent does not include the use of the hot tub. Other owners in the resort charge $20/night for the use of the hot tub. The sprinkler, again, is the responsibility of the association. I have contacted the office to fix it.
