you are being dishonest and I'm glad people have the opportunity to read other reviews. You tried to book our apt. for 2 people when in fact you were 3 people most of the stay, and that should have been a signal to me of your dishonesty. The smell of feces you described (one week into your stay) is the result of your or your group breaking down the toilet motor which you and all my guests are made aware of, not to throw anything other than paper in it. We found the toilet full of sand. We had the company scheduled to come to repair it as soon as you contacted us and you asked not to come in to fix it that you didn't want to be bothered because it didn't smell anymore. The first night you entered the apt. you set on the disconnected alarm by forcing the window shutters through which the alarm is wired. The alarm never went on again. You called hysterical behavior my offer to return to you the fees remaining in the case you wanted to leave the apartment- because it seemed to me you were uncomfortable in my home. The lift is public property and beyond my control, it has never happened prior to your stay. The information regarding the apartment is presented to you (and all my guests) first by me via email and then by our housekeeper that greets everyone and goes through all the appliances (which are all high end, miele, bosch etc).
You are new to airbnb, and this service works because guests are honest and respectful of the property otherwise it wouldn't work.
