As you can see you from profile, I have 100% response rate, and my past reviews always mentioned my quick response to every need. So I really don't know what happened there, but I do apologize. The adapters we provided were all taken away by previous guests. Coffee: Sorry that the Coffee were not refilled. We have also just ordered a new Sofa bed and should be coming in a few weeks time.
