I'm a chef and artist. A quiet person that enjoys a good conversation, coffee and a walk. I've returned to college and am currently working on a science degree. My early studies in Eastern Philosophy have been a solace but I'm looking at a food science for my next one.
In the meanwhile I work as with IASTE Local 16 in San Fransicso and do independent contract work in Food Safety. Yes, this keeps me moving around!
