Margaret's condo was even better in person and worked perfect for our stay at SXSW! She was very accommodating and helpful providing us recommendations for food and travel! It was just a jump to the bus and we were downtown in the action of SX! Perfect place and great host! Her place was even better than we expected! And Margaret even periodically checked in with us to make sure everything was perfect, THANKS!
Maragaret is a great host. Although she was unable to meet me in person she was very communicative, accommodating of my requests, and stayed in touch throughout the entire week to ensure I was enjoying my stay. Her apartment is clean, comfortable, has all of the amenities you would need, and in an ideal location that is only about a 15min drive to the downtown area. Would certainly rent from again.
Margaret is a great host! For a first time Austin visitor this is the perfect place to stay for the price. Her place is right next to a 24 hour diner that serves really good food (excellent call on their bourbon chicken and waffles), probably the biggest Whole Foods in the nation, parks, and within walking distance to just about anything around the urban Austin area. I would def recommend this place for anyone coming into town. Thanks so much Margaret!!
My second stay with Margaret was excellent! She is so nice and helpful and can answer any questions that you may have about Austin. The location is perfect. Right by the Whole Foods Flagship, Waterloo Records and Amy's ice cream... It's an easy walk downtown as well. I will stay with Margaret on my next visit for sure.
Margaret was a great hostess, and gave me the inside scoop on all the Austin hot spots. Her apartment was in a great location and her dog is the coldest puppy on the world. Thanks Margaret. See you next time:)
This was my first AirBnB experience, and it convinced me to make AirBnB my default first stop when traveling. Great location, right by whole foods. Very comfortable with easy to use A/C (important in Austin!). Margaret was so kind and even left me an umbrella to use during an uncharacteristically strong rain storm. Her dog is very cute, too.
I stayed with Margaret for a long weekend in Austin at the end of September. She was very kind and helpful with the questions that I had. She even offered me tomatoes that she has left over from a work event :-). Her apartment is very clean and in a great location close to downtown. The Whole Foods Flagship store and Waterloo Records are blocks away. I would recommend Margaret's place and would stay there again in a heartbeat.
Margaret was a gracious host. Check-in and Check-out were hassle free. The living arrangements were without problems. She was nice enough to drive me to downtown when my taxi didn't show up. If you need a place to stay in Austin, I highly recommend her place.
This was my first visit to Austin and I thought that Margaret's apartment was in an awesome location.
I did not have a car or bike and was able to walk to many of the locations I wanted to see. There is a whole foods right around the corner from her apartment. The bars on 6th are definitely a must see and I was able to walk there and back.
Margaret's apartment was comfortable, clean, and in a safe neighborhood. She's a great host and I'd highly recommend staying at her place!
Margaret's apartment was perfect.
If you're looking for a clean, organized room to stay for a couple of nights, then this place comes recommended. I was looking for a place last minute and was really looking for a place to crash. The location of the apartment is only a few blocks from 6th St, Whole Foods HQ, and some great restaurants/bars etc!
Everything was fine with Margaret, good communication & they left the house clean & tidy, would recommend hosting her & I hope that she returns to stay in the future.
