I am sorry that you felt the apartment wasn't clean enough for you. I had it professionally cleaned via airbnb.....I booked the cleaning service on airbnb. If you were unsatisfied with the service, you should have let me know and allowed me to contact them and have someone come back to fix whatever issues you had. I was very accessible during your stay here....and I am disappointed that you didn't voice your concerns so I could address them.
