Our mission is to actively contribute to Japan's global development in the international community by offering non-Japanese "easy-to-live" properties in Japan.
Unbeatable location, easy walking to Yamanote line, all services within a block or two, quiet street one block away from the bustle of Shinjuku. Really nice host; had a bit of an issue getting into my room and they were down as quick as possible to get things settled out. Had to extend my stay and they were great about that, too. Recommend without reservation.
This place was perfect for me. It was quiet, and the location was safe and close to the station. It was a bit hard to find at first, but I got used to it within a couple of days. Very simple, clean, and nice kitchen amenities. For those who aren't familiar with Japan who might want more guidance during their stay, a hostel or budget hotel might be better. However, for those who live in Japan or are seasoned travelers, it's a great little place. The host got back to me quickly and left very detailed instructions for checking in and out. I would definitely stay here again.
Verygood! Room was clean and neat. and room was a little far from the shinjuku station, but it was not problem. I spent a really enjoyable trip to tokyo. thanks to Yemonogatari
Nice apartment, good location and the host was very helpful.
The place is situated slightly far from the subway stations. There is no heater and not enough blankets. The company renting the place did not respond to any e-mails and did not try to help.
There are also two different pictures of rooms. This was misleading. It is only one room.
I stayed here for 2 weeks.
Host was very kind and helpful.
The location is great! Shinjuku gyoemmae and shinjuku main station are very close.
Actually, I walked everywhere and it's better than taking subway I think. To roppongi hills, harajuku, midtown, shibuya, akasaka, imperial palace etc.
And, don't miss the shinjuku gyoemmae park, it's wonderful and relaxing.
Bathroom is small just a little bit however there is no problem with it's function. Also, bathroom was pretty clean like rest of the apartment.
There is no wi-fi, you can connect to internet only with a LAN cable and there is one cable -long enough- in the room. Also, you can make your own wireless network via your laptop, like I did.
I didn't need to use kitchenware but I think there is everything you might need. Additionaly, there are a lot of 'kombini' (supermarkets open every day and hour) around.
Air conditioner was working well but the remote was in japanese. (Just search for 'air conditioner kanji' on web)
And, don't forget the bring your plug adapter (from ac to japanese plug type).
I recommed here for everyone.
Nice place, convenient and pleasant / quiet neighborhood. Serves breakfast which is quite nice.
Comfortable apt, healthy breakfast and close by to subway. Only 2 stations away from Shinjuku!
I enjoyed a quiet, relaxed and friendly stay at Hikari Home/ Leafcourt apt.
